The results of the evaluation of applications for lateral transfer, double major, and minor programs for the 2025–2026 academic year are attached.
Students who have been granted admission must submit the documents listed below in person or through a representative authorized by a notary to the office where they applied (Dean’s Office, 2nd Floor, Room 222) at the Faculty of Chemistry and Metallurgy on September 8–9, 2025 (2 days) .
Students eligible for enrollment from the waiting list will be announced at the end of the workday on September 9, and their enrollment documents will be accepted on September 10.
Documents Required for Registration:
- The Registration Application Form announced by the Office of Student Affairs
- A certified document from your school stating that there are no obstacles to a lateral transfer.
- For those who have earned the right to enroll based on their central placement score: A document stating that you have not enrolled under Addendum 1 and that there are no obstacles to your lateral transfer (you must have this approved by your school)
- Course syllabi only for the courses you have passed (students who have completed preparatory studies or have not taken any courses/have no passed courses do not need to submit these.)
