Documents Required for Registration:
- Registration Application Form: The application form provided on the last page must be completed by the student (with a handwritten signature) and submitted via email, along with the other documents, to the relevant Faculty Dean’s Office.
- Transcript: (Academic Record/Transcript): This document, obtained from the institution the applicant is leaving, must list all courses taken, the grades received in those courses, and the weighted cumulative GPA. This document must be officially certified by the university. If the academic transcript is in a foreign language, applicants must also include a certified (by the university or a notary) Turkish translation.
- Curriculum: An officially certified copy of the curriculum currently in effect at the higher education institution where the applicant is enrolled (the curriculum covering all years of the program of study). If the curriculum is in a foreign language, applicants must submit a Turkish translation certified by the higher education institution where they are enrolled or by a notary public at the time of registration, provided they are admitted.
- Course Descriptions: Course descriptions showing only the classes currently being taken will suffice. The curriculum and course descriptions are separate documents. If the course descriptions are in a foreign language, students must submit a Turkish translation certified by the higher education institution where they are enrolled or by a notary public at the time of registration, provided they are eligible for enrollment.
- Certificate Stating There Are No Obstacles to Lateral Transfer: A document confirming that no Central Lateral Transfer has been previously conducted and that there are no obstacles to lateral transfer. This must be obtained from the higher education institution where the student is currently enrolled.
